At Ekklesia Essence, each product is handcrafted with care and purpose. Because our items are made in small

batches using natural ingredients, we take great pride in quality and safety.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This policy is in place to ensure

the health and safety of all our customers.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it

right.

Refunds & Replacements:

We are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged

• There was a defect with the product upon arrival

To be eligible, please email us with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Opened or used products

• Items damaged due to improper storage or misuse

• Custom or special-order items

• Sale or clearance items

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Allergies & Sensitivities:

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds for reactions due to known or
